This recipe is great for spell work related to removing obstacles or hindrances that prevent you from achieving a goal or receiving adequate compensation for hard work already expended. This focus can be on removing obstacles that may prevent you from obtaining a new car, home, client, job/promotion, and spiritual/educational goals. This recipe and spell work will help you diminish and in some cases completely remove obstacles that may present themselves on your path.
The key, when performing this spell is to think of your goal and see every perceivable obstacle being torn down as you add the ingredients and stir.
Here is an example: Envision a road ahead of you. You can see your goal or destination, in the distance at the end of this long road. Maybe your goal is perched at the top of a large hill and the path to your goal is blocked by many large boulders. Or perhaps the road is extremely curvy and bumpy and needs to be smoothed out.
As you add your ingredients specific to unblocking and removing obstacles, you will see in your mind’s eye, these blockages/boulders becoming smaller as the mountain diminishes in size. You will see the road becoming smooth and easy to navigate. You can even label the boulders & curves so that they are specific to a particular blockage you know to be evident.
Remember to stir counter clockwise as you add your specific obstacle removing ingredients: White Onion, Bok Choy, Cayenne & Coconut. Continue to stir counter-clockwise whenever you hold the vision of your diminishing obstacles in your head.
This spell should be performed during the waning moon for adequate alignment and energy focus.

I love food and everything that goes with it. I have spent more than 35 years in the kitchen, enjoying every minute of it. Okay… well, enjoying nearly every minute of it.
In addition, I have disbursed nearly as many years studying Wicca, Witchcraft, and Paganism. Combining these two interests has created a Magickal path where food, spirituality play brilliantly together.
My love of whole healthy foods, and unique recipes has also lead me to help run a local teen cooking program, where I teach kids valuable life skills in the kitchen. In addition, I teach different cooking classes for adults on subjects of making the time spent in the kitchen more enjoyable and efficient, recipe creation, and how to make cooking a part of your Magickal and spiritual practice.
From this, The Magick Kitchen was born. My journey with you is about developing a spiritual experience with food, far beyond the dull habit of consumption. We have a marvelous opportunity here to take a most basic-mundane task and make it Magickal!
